The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, a review

The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, a review

My review of the bestselling nonfiction book The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell, plus some of the best quotes from the book.
I picked up The Tipping Point shortly after I read and fell in love with a different Gladwell book, Outliers. I had been so fascinated with that one that I figured all his others had to be equally as good. I wasn’t wrong.

Coffee-Drunk or Blind by Elle Knowles, a review

My honest review of the nonfiction account of one family’s Alaskan homesteading adventure – Coffee-Drunk or Blind by Elle Knowles, including (of course) the best quotes from the book.
My first thought when receiving this book was that I was probably not the target audience – I’m not incredibly outdoorsy, I hate being cold, I love modern conveniences, and I’ve never been that interested in moving to Alaska. But I opened it and started reading anyways – and I’m glad I did!
